We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our online shopping cart. Rest assured that your credit card and order data is safe as our system is encrypted and secure. Nerdy stuff: Our cart is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure (that's the same level of encryption as large banks!)
You will also have the option to checkout using paypal if you prefer. You will be redirected to Paypal's Secure checkout page where you can pay via credit card (paypal account not required) or you may log-in to your Paypal account and pay for your order using funds already in your paypal account or via a confirmed credit card or bank account within your paypal account.
When will I receive my order?
We will ship most orders within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on a product page and items ship from our Los Angeles office. Transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping option that you choose, see below.
SHIPPING - USA
Orders shipping to addresses within the United States ship via the United States Postal Services' (USPS) Priority Mail®. Depending on your location, your package will arrive within 1, 2, or 3 business days from the date your order ships.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
International (outside of the United States) packages will ship via the United States Postal Services' (USPS) Priority Mail International®. Depending on your location, your package will arrive within 6-10 business days from the date that your order ships. Please note: All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Primitive Modernism is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping fees are based on the total dollar amount of your order and the destination country. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships out we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will contain your tracking information. To track your order simply click on the shipping link within the email from us. Alternatively you may contact us here.
After I place my order what can I expect?
Once you have completed your order and submitted it for payment, an automated response will be emailed to you to confirm our receipt of your order. Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking # and ship date.
Can I place my order via phone or email?
If you prefer to place a phone or email order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may email your order to us or leave your phone number and best time to reach you and we will call you then. Our business hours are 9am-6pm PST Monday - Saturday. We will confirm your order as soon as we receive it.
What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item/s were shipped, we will happily exchange the item for a new one. Please email us at email@example.com with details of the problem that has occured, within one (1) week of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange/replacement, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. We recommend that you ship your returned item back to us using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance, and in a padded box, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please also include a copy of the original invoice or gift receipt. We will happily credit your card for your return shipping (up to $10) if your item did in fact arrive defective or damaged or the wrong item/s were shipped.
Where do I send my returned item?
All sales are final unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item/s were shipped. If this is the case, we will happily exchange the item for a new one. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you will be returning and the reason for exchange and we will give you an Return Authorization # and return shipment instructions at that time.
I have a Discount Code, how do I use it?
The box to enter your Primitive Modernism coupon code is in "Step 2" of the checkout process. After you've entered your email address and shipping/billing address, click the "Continue to next step" button. You are now in "Step 2" of the checkout process. Click on the link that says "Have a discount code? Enter it here:" A box will now appear where you can enter your code. Coupon codes are "Case Sensitive" which means you must enter the code exactly as written, with capital and lower case letters if applicable. Once entered, press "apply" and the discount will be applied to your order.
How does it work when I send directly to the recipient?
If this is a gift and you would like to add a gift note, be sure to add your note in the "Add special instructions for your order" box in your shopping cart PRIOR to clicking the checkout button. The invoice will automatically be emailed to the person purchasing but if you note that this is a gift, we will include a gift receipt in the package which will not include any pricing information.
